Aerial Yoga (also known as fly yoga) is a class where you perform yoga stretches using a silk hammock to warm up your body towards executing a peak yoga pose by the end of the class. A typical class lasts 50 - 55 mins. Suitable for yoga enthusiasts and people who love to explore flexiblity, core strength and body elegance..

Inside Flow is a variation of flow yoga that puts together a collection of soulful and meaningful songs with great stories alongside them. throughout the class, you learn flow poses that build towards one final flow. A typical class lasts 50 - 55mins. Suitable for all fitness levels. Particularly enjoyable for yoga enthuasiasts and music lovers as this program is a great cross-over of the two.

Muay Thai which literally translates into Thai boxing is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking, sweeps and various clinching techniques. This class teaches you the fundamentals of jabs and crosses, uppercuts, hooks, elbow strikes and all other kinds of kicks. This is a fitness-centric Muay Thai class with a tiny element of self-defence as well. A typical class lasts about 50 - 55mins. This is suitable for all fitness levels.

**Aerial Yoga classes require prior reservation to ensure there's a spot for you as we have limited hammocks available for use per class. Reservation is based on first come first serve basis only.

OUR TEAM

LYNN

Lynn is the owner and co-founder of FITSPACE66. She founded the fitness studio back in July 2017 owing to her love for fitness and the availability of a family-owned space. Allergic to toxic behaviours, Lynn's vision is to create an inclusive, supportive and fun-loving community that uplifts one another no matter what.

CHRIS

Chris is Lynn's partner-in-crime and the co-founder of FITSPACE66. While still in legal practice back in 2017, Chris helped Lynn with the setting up of FITSPACE66 from scratch. Also a fitness enthusiast, Chris enjoys working out, lifting weights and particularly loves BODYPUMP, BODYCOMBAT and Muay Thai classes.

HAZMI

A celebrity-like dance fitness instructor, Hazmi has a background in professional dancing. Hazmi dances competitively and has been teaching hip hop dance classes for years. Hazmi teaches Hip Hop Cardio every Tuesday evening.

VERONICA

The guru to many dance instructors, Veronica (or more fondly called Veron) has been teaching dance fitness for more than a decade. Veron teaches Zumba and MIx Madness every Thursday evening and Saturday morning respectively.

ROY

Fun, happy and charismatic are the best adjectives for Roy. Having been teaching for close to a decade, Zumba with Roy is never dull and always full of great fun and great sweat. Roy teaches Zumba every Sunday morning.

DZ

Having newly taken over the Wednesday ladies night class, DZ is a new addition to our instructor team. DZ is a dance maestro and her class is always filled with awesome music with great dance moves. DZ teaches Zumba every Wedneday evening.

SHERMEN

The first half of our yoga duo, Shermen is our Aerial Yoga instructor. With years under her belt, Shermen is the epitome of elegance and grace of yoga poses. Shermen teaches Aerial Yoga every Monday evening and Saturday morning.

JASMINE

The other half of our yoga duo, Jasmine is our Inside Flow instructor. A great enthusiast of music and yoga, Jasmine is a passionate teacher of the up-and-coming flow yoga program, known as Inside Flow. Jasmine teaches Inside Flow every Sunday morning.

ELIA

A newly minted ZIN in 2023, Elia just recently got her teaching licence.

And since then, Elia has been actively covering classes

and getting her groove in teaching and sharing the joy of dance fitness with members across Klang Valley. With a background in performing art, Elia's passion in dancing is burning brighter than before.

QHALID

The newest addition to the FITSPACE66 team is Qhalid, a fighter-turned-Muay Thai coach / trainer. With years of training and competing in Muay Thai fights, Coach Qhalid is not just an ordinary coach. He is armed with years of fighting experience to easily train a complete beginner, male or female into a fit Muay Thai enthusiast.
